I help lifters of all experience levels get stronger, move better and dominate on the platform. I have experience with water and gut cuts, peaking phases, First time competitions. I've done it all myself too.


I’ve been on an incredible journey that’s shaped me into the athlete I am today. I’m proud to be the strongest ever Junior in the United Kingdom under 67.5kg, having shattered the 500 Dots barrier, something that was once just a dream. I’ve had the privilege of competing on the national platform multiple times, pushing my limits each time, and proving that I belong at the top. Not only that, but I’ve also had the opportunity to travel and compete internationally, gaining experience and exposure to world-class competition. Every step, every challenge, and every milestone has only fuelled my passion for powerlifting, and I’m committed to continuing to raise the bar for myself and for the sport of powerlifting.

What’s the difference between my online coaching and your powerlifting programs?

Online coaching is fully personalised — I’ll design a training and nutrition plan just for you, provide weekly video feedback, and support you daily.

The 8-week programs are structured templates designed to improve your squat, bench, and deadlift, but they aren’t customised.

Are my powerlifting programs suitable for beginners?

Yes — whether you’re new to lifting or returning after a break, I offer programs for all levels. Each program includes clear instructions and progression to help you safely build strength in the squat, bench press, and deadlift.

How many days a week should you train?

That depends on your schedule and goals. I offer 3-day, 4-day, 5-day, and 6-day/week powerlifting programs. If you’re not sure, my online coaching includes a custom plan based on your recovery and availability.

What equipment will you need for my training plans?

At a minimum, you’ll need access to a barbell, squat rack, bench, and plates. Most programs also include accessories like dumbbells or machines but alternatives are provided when needed.

Will my coaching help me prepare for a powerlifting competition?

Yes — I offer full powerlifting competition prep, including peaking cycles, water cuts, gut cuts, and comp-day programming. If you’re a first-time competitor, I’ll walk you through every step.

How is progress tracked during online coaching?

We’ll use weekly video check-ins, training log reviews, and ongoing performance tracking to adjust your programming and nutrition. The goal is to make sure your squat, bench, and deadlift keep moving up week after week.

Do my powerlifting programs include nutrition guidance?

No, the fixed programs are training-only. But my online coaching includes custom calorie and macro targets, food suggestions, and ongoing nutrition support.

Can you switch from a program to full coaching later on?

Absolutely — many lifters start with a program and move to coaching when they want more personalisation. If you upgrade within 30 days of purchase, I’ll credit the cost of the program toward your first month of coaching.

Are my powerlifting plans for men or women?

Both — all programs are designed around progressive overload and sound principles of strength training. I coach male and female lifters, including competitive powerlifters and general strength clients.

What kind of results can you expect?

Lifters consistently increase their squat, bench, and deadlift numbers using my programs and coaching. Many hit lifetime PRs, qualify for competitions, or just gain confidence under the bar. Your results depend on your effort but I’ll guide you every step of the way.
